Choke Copenhagen is the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Denmark and the headquarters of our organization in Scandinavia. Just like the most traditional academies in Brazil the environment is warm and welcoming; the training sessions are both technical and intense. Our facilities include two training areas, showers, changing room and free wi-fi. The school is located right in the center of the city, only one block from the lake and 800m from Østerport Station. Book a Free Class.

Attention: Choke CPH is a shoe-free zone so everyone must have a pair of clean sandals/flip-flops to wear off the mats. Walking barefoot, wearing socks or street sandals is NOT allowed. We recommend you buy a pair of sandals and leave them in your gym bag.

Choke Århus is the first dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Jylland. Some of the students here are among the best in our organisation. The training group follows our philosophy and teaching methods to ensure the highest possible standards. "Master Classes" are held every month with one of our higher belts visiting the club to keep the students up to date with what is being taught at our Copenhagen Headquarters and to evaluate their progress.

Hvide Sande, which means ‘White Sands’, is situated in the middle of Holmsland Klit and is the fifth largest fishing port in Denmark. The area is known for its great landscape and popular beaches. The city also hosts Choke's second Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu dojo in the region of Jylland. The classes take place under the direction of blue belt Michael Lund, who is a Karate black belt instructor and one of our first students in Jylland.
