Choke Copenhagen (DK)
Choke Copenhagen is the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Denmark. We follow the same formula used in the most traditional academies in Brazil: the environment is warm and welcoming; the training sessions are both technical and intense. Our gym is located inside the new Fitness World in Valby, which is Scandinavia's largest fitness center with 7000m2 of state-of-the-art facilities.
Attention: all students must wear sandals or flip-flops outside of the dojo; you must also have a lock to safely store your belongings in the locker room. No sandals or lock = no training.

Choke Limhamn (SWE)
Choke's official branch in Sweden offers spectacular facilities with almost 200m2 of mat space plus two smaller training rooms, cafeteria and showers. Starting in January 2007, the school has become our hub in the country and the host of many activities and events. Brown Belt instructor Michael Pedersen personally teaches all the classes.

Choke Århus (DK)
Choke Århus is the first dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Jylland. Some of the students here are among the best in our organisation. The training group follows our philosophy and teaching methods to ensure the highest possible standards. "Master Classes" are held every month with one of our higher belts visiting the club to keep the students up to date with what is being taught at our Lyngby Headquarters and to evaluate their progress.

Choke Odense (DK)
Choke Odense is the only dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Fyn. The classes take place at an amazing dojo that offers plenty of mat space and comfortable facilities. We have a serious and dedicated group of students. "Master Classes" are held every month with one of our higher belts visiting the club to keep the students up to date with what is being taught at our Lyngby Headquarters and to evaluate their progress.

Choke Hvide Sande (DK)
Hvide Sande, which means ‘White Sands’, is situated in the middle of Holmsland Klit and is the fifth largest fishing port in Denmark. The area is known for its great landscape and popular beaches. The city also hosts Choke's second Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu dojo in the region of Jylland. The classes take place under the direction of blue belt Michael Lund, who is a Karate black belt instructor and one of our first students in Jylland.
